个人简介:

程利增,博士,上海交通大学助理研究员。主持上海交通大学“新进青年教师启动计划”课题,参与国家“十三五”重点研发计划项目、优秀学术带头人计划项目、上海市自然科学基金项目、上海市“科技创新行动计划”技术标准项目、上海市“科技创新行动计划”项目、上海市科技兴农重点攻关项目、上海市科委生物医药与农业重点项目、闵行区科技项目等8项。在J. Agri. Food Chem.、Food Chem.、LWT-Food Sci. Tech.和Int. J. Biol. Macromol.等期刊发表论文14篇(其中以第一作者发表一区论文5篇、一区Top论文3篇),申请国家/国际专利17项(其中国际专利4项,已授权专利6项)。
